 Meal Post



This meal I ate consisted of salmon made with butter, lemon, and pepper topped with roasted artichoke hearts sautéed with the same butter I used for the salmon. 
I also had a kale salad with rainbow baby carrots, raw cashews, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
The last thing I made was a roasted honey-nut squash with olive oil, salt, topped with an avocado sauce made with lemon, avocados, tahini, garlic, and salt. The toppings I used were chili onion crunch which is "OLIVE OIL, DRIED ONIONS, DRIED GARLIC, DRIED RED BELL PEPPERS, CRUSHED CHILI PEPPERS, TOASTED DRIED ONIONS, SEA SALT, NATURAL FLAVORS, PAPRIKA OLEORESIN (COLOR)," (Trader Joes website) and lastly topped with more jalapeños which are pickled so they are soaked in vinegar, salt, and water.
